Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. What FRANK is

FRANK (FRANKGPT) is an app that turns text prompts and photos into short videos (10, 20 or 30 seconds). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Accounts

You can use FRANK as a guest, or create an account with email, Google or phone. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use FRANK.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and photos you provide and of the videos generated for you, subject to the plan you are on (see “Plans”) and to the rights of others. You give the operator a limited licence to store and process your content to run the service. If you share a video to Explore, you give the operator permission to show it publicly in the app until you remove it.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload images of people without their permission.

4. Acceptable use

Prompts and outputs may be filtered or removed, and accounts may be suspended, if these rules are broken.

5. Plans, limits and payments

Free, Plus, Premium and Platinum plans differ in daily video limits, maximum clip length, image-to-video access and watermarking, as shown in the app. Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from More → Manage billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the law that applies to you.

6. Availability & AI output

Video generation depends on the operator’s servers and models. If the generation engine is offline, FRANK says so instead of pretending to generate. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, quality or fitness for a purpose. AI output can be wrong, unexpected or similar to other output; review it before you use it.

Generated files are kept on the server for a limited period (14 days by default unless you shared them) and may be deleted after that. Download videos you want to keep.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of FRANK. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

8. Ending use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in More → Delete account, which removes your account, videos and Explore posts from the server. The operator may suspend or end access for breaking these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use FRANK after a change means you accept it.

Questions or requests: open an issue at github.com/joeyfrogge-jpg/frank/issues. This page is provided with the FRANK project; the operator of the server you are connected to is responsible for its accuracy and should have it reviewed for their jurisdiction.
